Read This Before You Buy Windows 7 Home Premium

Thinking of upgrading your Windows XP or your Windows Vista? Well if you are then the Windows 7 Home Premium is the perfect software your home. We all know that Windows Vista was a disaster and Microsoft really made it a point that Windows 7 will not go the same path. So when Windows 7 came out it was outstanding, almost no flaws and glitches. It just goes to show how good Microsoft is if they really want to create an outstanding product.

So what is inside Win7? Well for starters you get a new interface that is miles better than XP and Vista, just the toggles at the bottom of the page that lets see your open programs is enough for you to consider the software. Of course it has MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote, now the biggest difference in 7 is the format of the files, now .doc is .docx, .xls is now .xlsx, .ppt is now.pptx and so on and so forth. Now why is this change big? Because the new version of the programs included in the software are now better and runs faster so the need for a new format was created.

Another big change that is included in Win7 is that it is now compatible with Windows 8 and even Office 365. Being compatible with the 8 and Office 365 means that your software will still last a long time and the chance that Microsoft will cut its support like they did for the XP will not be coming soon.

So if you are still shopping around for what to get here is one more feature or let’s say point that can  make you buy Windows 7 Home Premium, it is way cheaper than the 8 and Office 365. If you get the OEM version which is essentially the same thing, just without the packaging you even get for like half the price of the original.
